Autumn is hands down my favourite season to photograph. With the leaves falling, golden light, and rich seasonal colours, it’s the perfect time to capture natural, timeless family photographs that you’ll treasure for years to come.
About the Sessions
Our Autumn Mini Sessions are ideal if you’re looking to refresh your family photographs, update the children’s portraits, or create beautiful images to display in your home.
All sessions take place outdoors at Ickwell Green, Bedfordshire, a stunning location that truly comes to life during the autumn months. These sessions are short and sweet, but perfectly timed to allow for a relaxed experience and a gorgeous variety of images.
Whether you’re updating your walls, gifting photographs to family, or simply capturing this stage of life, Autumn Minis are a wonderful way to do so.
What’s Included
Location: Ickwell Green, Bedfordshire
Session length: 20 minutes
Who can attend: One household per session
Images included: 5 digital images of your choice
Style: Natural, relaxed, and full of autumn colour
If you would like additional family members to join (such as grandparents or extended family), please book back-to-back session slots.
Investment & Booking
The total cost for an Autumn Mini Session is £85.00.
A £35.00 deposit is payable at the time of booking to secure your slot
The remaining £50.00 balance is due one week prior to your session via bank transfer
All bookings are made through our online booking system, where you can select your preferred date and time - see below.
Image Upgrades
After your session, you will receive an online gallery where you can select your included 5 digital images. If you wish to upgrade, you are very welcome to do so:
Additional digital images: £12 each
Full digital gallery upgrade: £85.00
Supplied via online download
Includes approximately 25–30 fully edited images
This allows you the flexibility to choose just a few favourites or enjoy the full collection from your session.

Autumn Mini Sessions – Terms & Conditions
Please take a moment to read through the terms for our Autumn Mini Sessions. These sessions are run back-to-back and require clear policies to ensure everything runs smoothly for all families.
Booking Fee
A £35.00 booking fee is required to secure your Autumn Mini Session.
You will not be able to complete checkout without making this payment.
The booking fee is non-refundable, except in the event that your session is cancelled due to unstable weather (see Weather Policy below).
Remaining Balance
The remaining £50.00 balance is due one week prior to your session date.
You will receive an email reminder with payment details. The balance must be paid by bank transfer.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in your session being cancelled and made available to other clients.
Cancellations & Refunds
All fees are non-refundable if you choose to cancel your session.
If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your session to a family member or friend, subject to notification in advance.
If I am able to refill your session slot, your final balance (excluding the booking fee) will be refunded.
If I am unable to refill your slot, the full payment will still be required.
Weather Policy
As Autumn Mini Sessions are held outdoors, weather conditions will be monitored closely.
If conditions are unstable, you will be contacted with the option to move your session to an alternative date.
If the alternative date does not work for you and you are unable to attend at all, a full refund will be issued.
Non-Payment
Failure to make required payments may result in being unable to book future sessions with Phoebe Berridge Photography.
Punctuality
Sessions are scheduled back-to-back, so arriving on time is essential.
If you arrive late, you will forfeit the lost time and will only have the remaining portion of your session available.
Sessions cannot be extended or rescheduled due to lateness.

Yes, these sessions are suitable for babies and children. However, due to the fast-paced nature of mini sessions, they are best suited to babies who can sit unaided or are happy being held.
