Our Christmas mini sessions are the perfect festive treat for families, little ones, and everyone who loves capturing magical moments together. These sessions are fun, relaxed and designed to bring out the joy of the season.

What’s Included

20-minute photography session

Two beautiful set ups for extra variety

Choice of 5 digital files included (with options to purchase more if you wish)

Up to 4 children per session

Parents are more than welcome to join in the fun

Perfect for children who are sitting and enjoying the moment — not suitable for newborns due to the short session time.

Price: £90

A £30 booking fee is required to secure your session, with the remaining balance due one week prior to your session payment via bank transfer

If you wish to upgrade after your session, you are welcome to do so. Individual digital images are £12 each, or you can upgrade to the full gallery, which is supplied via an online gallery link and includes 25–30 images, for £85.00.

There is also the option to have your images placed into one of our Snow Globes. These are £8 each or 2 for £12.00. Please note, these are a digital product.

If you’d like cousins to be photographed together, simply book two back-to-back slots.

Christmas Mini Session – Terms & Conditions

Please take a moment to read through the terms for our Christmas Mini Sessions. These sessions are run back-to-back and require clear policies to ensure everything runs smoothly for all families.

Booking Fee

• A booking fee is required to secure your session.

• You will not be able to complete checkout without making this payment.

• This booking fee is non-refundable.

Remaining Balance

• The remaining £60 balance is due 1 week before your session date.

• You will receive an email reminder with payment details, and the balance must be paid by bank transfer.

• Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in your session being cancelled and made available to others.

Cancellations & Refunds

• All fees for Christmas Mini Sessions are non-refundable.

• If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your session to a family member or friend.

• If I am able to refill your session slot, your final balance (excluding the booking fee) will be refunded.

• If I cannot refill your slot, the payment will still be required.

Non-Payment

• Failure to make required payments may result in being unable to book future sessions with Phoebe Berridge Photography.

Punctuality

• Sessions are scheduled back-to-back, so arriving on time is essential.

• If you arrive late, you will forfeit the lost time and only have the remaining portion of your session available.

• Sessions cannot be extended or rescheduled due to lateness.
