Q u e s t i o n ‘ s & A n s w e r ‘ s
When should I book my newborn session?
It’s best to book your newborn session in after your 20 week scan. We will pencil a date in the diary for just after your due date and we will keep in touch in the final month of your pregnancy incase you have your little one early or go over your due date if this happens don’t panic we will move your session.
When is the best time to photograph my baby?
The best time is within the first 10 days. Babies who are younger than 10 days tend to be less fussy and full into more of a deep sleep.
My babies here, what happens now?
When you booked your session in, we would have discussed keeping in touch at the end of your pregnancy. If your session date is getting close and baby still isn’t here drop us an email and we can move it.
How long does the session usually take?
The session can take aware between 2-4 hours depending on little one.
What is included in the session fee?
Your session fee includes the session itself, the uses of props, backdrops, blankets and outfits. 4 hours of my time plus editing of your gallery ready for you to view. It does not include any images, these can be purchased at the viewing session.
When do I need to pay?
Your session fee is to be paid on the day you book your session in and is non refundable.
Will we get any more information prior to the session?
Yes, I will send you information via email before your session.
Are you trained?
Yes, babies are so delicate and their safety is the most important thing. Because of this I have invested in several newborn training courses which I attended yearly.
Can we have photos of us or their siblings?
Yes of course, I suggest we do this at the end of the session.
